· If 30 business days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

· The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

· It must be in its original packaging with all product tags and labels fully intact.

· You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt confirmation).

3. Return Shipping Costs & Responsibility

· Customer Responsibility: The cost of return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. The Trendy Jacket does not provide pre-paid return shipping labels.

· We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not liable for items lost in transit during the return process.

4. No Restocking Fee

· We believe in transparent pricing. There is No Restocking Fee charged on any returns or exchanges, regardless of the reason for the return.

All authorized returns must be shipped directly to our official business facility in the United Kingdom. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

6. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team via email at support@thetrendyjacket.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

2. Our support team will review your request and confirm your return authorization.

3. Pack the item securely, ensure the Designated Return Address (23 Lodge Cl, Northampton, NN5 6SH, United Kingdom) is clearly printed on the parcel, and ship it back to us using a trackable courier service of your choice. Please share the tracking number with us once shipped.

7. Refund Process & Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse team at the UK address, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

· Refund Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The funds will be credited back to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal, Stripe) within 3 Business Days.

· Note: Please remember that it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account after we initiate it.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stipulated timeline:

9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@thetrendyjacket.com with clear photographs of the issue. We will evaluate the issue right away and make it right by arranging a replacement at no extra cost to you.
