At The Trendy Jacket, we want your shopping experience to be smooth from the moment you place your order until it arrives at your doorstep. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping costs, delivery times, and other important information.

1. Shipping Costs

We believe in clear and transparent pricing.

Free Shipping is available for customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
For all other eligible countries, we charge a flat shipping fee of $15 USD per item. The shipping cost will always be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Time

We work hard to prepare every order as quickly as possible.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM begin processing on the same business day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Order processing usually takes 2–3 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

In most cases, your order will arrive within 5–8 business days.

Our business days are Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Partners & Order Tracking

We work with trusted international shipping carriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS, to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor your shipment until it reaches your destination.

4. Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, incomplete information, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

5. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees depending on your country's regulations.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in our product prices or shipping charges.

6. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

While we do our best to deliver every order on time, unexpected delays can occasionally happen due to weather conditions, customs clearance, public holidays, or courier-related issues.

If your order is delayed, arrives damaged, or appears to be lost during transit, please contact our customer support team. We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
