If a cancellation request is received after 24 hours but before shipment, a 20% restocking fee may apply.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be available.

9. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 days from the date the order is marked as delivered, provided the product meets the applicable return requirements.

Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs as described in our Return Policy.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

After the refund is issued, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
