1. Shipping Costs

We believe in clear and transparent pricing.

Free Shipping is available for customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
For all other eligible countries, we charge a flat shipping fee of $15 USD per item. The shipping cost will always be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

2. Order Processing & Delivery Time

We work hard to prepare every order as quickly as possible.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM begin processing on the same business day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Order processing usually takes 2–3 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

In most cases, your order will arrive within 5–8 business days.

Our business days are Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Partners & Order Tracking

We work with trusted international shipping carriers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS, to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor your shipment until it reaches your destination.

4. Shipping Address

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, incomplete information, or unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Return and Refund Policy

At The Trendy Jacket, we want you to shop with confidence. If your order arrives with an issue or isn't what you expected, we're here to help. Our return process is designed to be simple, fair, and easy to follow.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns are accepted if:

The item arrived damaged.
You received the wrong item.
The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused and unworn.
In its original condition.
Returned with all original tags and packaging.

To help us review your request, we may ask for photos or a short video showing the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Custom-made jackets produced according to your requested measurements or specifications.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original tags and packaging.

If a custom-made item arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with our support team, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

3. How to Request a Return

4. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.

Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
After delivery, any request will be handled according to this Returns & Refund Policy.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

If you notice any issue with your jacket or need to return it for any eligible reason, please contact our support team to begin the return process.

Once you return the item to us, our team will carefully inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined in this policy.

If the returned item is approved after inspection, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, simply let us know when submitting your return request. If you choose a different product, any price difference, additional shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, or other related costs may be your responsibility.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If you are returning or exchanging an item for personal reasons, including a change of mind or size preference, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility. Any shipping charges for the replacement item may also apply.

We accept returns through our return facilities in Pakistan, the United States, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands.

Customers must return their order to the same country from which the package was originally shipped.
