Multiple Orders

Each order is processed separately.

For eligible destinations offering free shipping, the applicable shipping charge will remain free. For other eligible destinations, the USD $15 shipping fee applies per order.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a package cannot be delivered because the recipient is unavailable or the delivery cannot otherwise be completed, the parcel may be returned to the sender.

If a returned parcel needs to be shipped again, additional shipping charges may apply and may be the responsibility of the customer where the failed delivery was not caused by The Trendy Jacket.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not already been shipped. If a cancellation request is received after 24 hours but before shipment, a 20% cancellation fee may apply. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

First wear and it honestly feels like wrapping in a blanket. The texture is super soft and the oversized fit gives a relaxed premium look. Came well packed and no issues on delivery.

Didn’t expect it to feel this cozy in person. The inside is warm without being too heavy, and the beige tone looks really clean. Price is on the higher side, but it definitely feels like a luxury piece.
