Multiple Orders

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a package cannot be delivered because the recipient is unavailable or the delivery cannot otherwise be completed, the parcel may be returned to the sender.

If a returned parcel needs to be shipped again, additional shipping charges may apply and may be the responsibility of the customer where the failed delivery was not caused by The Trendy Jacket.

Order Cancellation

If a cancellation request is received after 24 hours but before shipment, a 20% cancellation fee may apply. Put it on and the drop-shoulder fit really stands out. It’s roomy but still sits nicely on the body, especially with layering. Price is high, but you can feel the quality straight away.
