Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and applicable public holidays.

Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM UK time (London).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM UK time will generally be processed on the next business day.

The processing period and carrier transit period are separate parts of the delivery process.

Delivery & Transit Time

After an order has been dispatched, the estimated transit time is 3–5 business days.

The overall estimated delivery timeframe is approximately 5–8 business days, including order processing and transit.

Delivery estimates are provided as a reasonable estimate and are not a guaranteed delivery date. Actual delivery may vary because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

Other Eligible Destinations

For other eligible destinations, a flat shipping fee of USD $15 per order applies. Kazakhstan: A flat shipping fee of USD $25.00 per order applies.

The applicable shipping charge will be shown during checkout before the order is submitted.

Shipping availability and charges may vary depending on the destination.

At this time, we do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Multiple Orders

Each order is processed separately.

If you place multiple separate orders, shipping charges will be calculated separately according to the shipping destination and applicable shipping conditions.

For eligible destinations offering free shipping, the applicable shipping charge will remain free. For other eligible destinations, the USD $15 shipping fee applies per order.

Failed Delivery Attempts

The delivery carrier may make multiple delivery attempts depending on its local delivery procedures.

If a package cannot be delivered because the recipient is unavailable or the delivery cannot otherwise be completed, the parcel may be returned to the sender.

If a returned parcel needs to be shipped again, additional shipping charges may apply and may be the responsibility of the customer where the failed delivery was not caused by The Trendy Jacket.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address causes a delivery failure, delay, return, or reshipment, additional shipping costs may apply.

The Trendy Jacket cannot be responsible for delivery problems resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not already been shipped. If a cancellation request is received after 24 hours but before shipment, a 20% restocking fee may apply. Approved cancellation refunds will be processed according to the applicable refund procedures.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
