- Custom-made jackets produced according to your requested measurements or specifications.
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original tags and packaging.

4. Order Cancellation

6. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
If you are returning or exchanging an item for personal reasons, including a change of mind or size preference, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility. Any shipping charges for the replacement item may also apply.
