Multiple Orders

For eligible destinations offering free shipping, the applicable shipping charge will remain free. For other eligible destinations, the USD $15 shipping fee applies per order.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a package cannot be delivered because the recipient is unavailable or the delivery cannot otherwise be completed, the parcel may be returned to the sender.

If a returned parcel needs to be shipped again, additional shipping charges may apply and may be the responsibility of the customer where the failed delivery was not caused by The Trendy Jacket.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not already been shipped. Cancellation requests received after 24 hours but before shipment may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. After delivery, customers may request a return if the product is eligible under this Return & Refund Policy.

Any cancellation fee will be applied subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
