Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and applicable public holidays.

Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM UK time (London).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM UK time will generally be processed on the next business day.

The processing period and carrier transit period are separate parts of the delivery process.

Delivery & Transit Time

After an order has been dispatched, the estimated transit time is 5–7 business days.

The overall estimated delivery timeframe is approximately 8–10 business days, including order processing and transit.

Delivery estimates are provided as a reasonable estimate and are not a guaranteed delivery date. Actual delivery may vary because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

Public holidays
High-volume shopping periods

If your order experiences a delay, our customer support team can assist with available tracking information.

Policy Updates

We may update this Shipping Policy when our shipping arrangements, delivery services, or business practices change.

Any revised version will be published on this page with its updated effective date.

At The Trendy Jacket, we want our customers to have a straightforward experience when requesting a return, refund, or exchange. This policy explains when an item can be returned, how to request a return, where approved returns should be sent, and how refunds and exchanges are handled.

Please review the following conditions before sending any product back.

30-Day Return Period

We accept eligible return requests within 30 days from the date your order is marked as delivered.

Customers must contact our support team within this period to request a return, refund, or exchange. Requests received after the 30-day period may not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product should:

Be in its original condition.
Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
Have its original tags attached.
Be free from stains, odors, perfume, smoke, pet hair, or other signs of use.
Not have been altered, modified, or damaged after delivery.
Include the original packaging where reasonably possible.

Products that do not meet these conditions may be rejected and may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following products are generally not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

Custom-made or personalized products.
Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Products returned without prior authorization from The Trendy Jacket.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not already been shipped. If a cancellation request is received after 24 hours but before shipment, a 20% cancellation fee may apply. Approved cancellation refunds will be processed according to the applicable refund procedures.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

How to Request a Return

Before sending anything back, please contact our customer support team and provide:

Your order number.
The reason for your return request.
Clear photographs of the product.
Any additional information or evidence requested by our support team.

Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide the return instructions and the appropriate return warehouse address.

Please do not send a product to an address found elsewhere on our website or to an address provided without authorization. Only use the return address supplied by our customer support team for your approved return.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to an error attributable to The Trendy Jacket, customers are responsible for the cost of returning an approved item.

We do not normally provide prepaid return shipping labels unless we specifically agree to do so.

After your return request has been approved, our support team will tell you where the package should be sent.

Return Warehouse Location

The return address is not a single public address because the appropriate return location may depend on the customer's location and the order.

After approval, our support team will provide the applicable return warehouse address.

Customers must send the package only to the address provided by our support team.

Refund Process

Once the returned product reaches the designated warehouse, it will be inspected to confirm that it satisfies the return requirements.

If the returned item is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

After we issue the refund, your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged within 30 days from the delivery date.

The item must satisfy the same condition requirements described in this policy, including being unworn, unused, unwashed, and free from damage or other signs of use.

Exchange requests must be approved by our customer support team before the item is returned.

Exchange Price Difference

If the replacement product costs less than the original item, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method after the exchange is approved.

If the replacement product costs more, the customer must pay the remaining difference before the replacement item is shipped.

Exchange Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original product for an exchange.

Once the returned item has been received and approved, replacement shipping will be handled according to the applicable shipping conditions for the customer's destination.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

Your order number.
Clear photographs of the product.
Photographs of the packaging.
An unboxing video, if available.

Our team will review the information and determine the appropriate resolution.

If the issue is confirmed to have resulted from an error by The Trendy Jacket, an appropriate solution may include a replacement, exchange, or refund. If a return is required because The Trendy Jacket sent an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, The Trendy Jacket will cover the applicable return shipping cost.

If the issue appears to have occurred during transportation, we may work with the shipping carrier to investigate the matter.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to have been lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will review the available tracking information and, where appropriate, coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.

If the carrier confirms that the package has been lost, we will determine an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances, which may include a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address causes a delivery problem or requires the package to be shipped again, any additional shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery without an error on the part of The Trendy Jacket, the original shipping charges may not be refundable.

Any additional return shipping or handling costs resulting from the refused delivery may also be deducted from an eligible refund.
