Orders placed after 5:00 PM UK time will generally be processed on the next business day.

The processing period and carrier transit period are separate parts of the delivery process.

After an order has been dispatched, the estimated transit time is 5–7 business days.

The overall estimated delivery timeframe is approximately 8–10 business days, including order processing and transit.

Multiple Orders

Each order is processed separately.

If you place multiple separate orders, shipping charges will be calculated separately according to the shipping destination and applicable shipping conditions.

For eligible destinations offering free shipping, the applicable shipping charge will remain free. For other eligible destinations, the USD $15 shipping fee applies per order.

Failed Delivery Attempts

The delivery carrier may make multiple delivery attempts depending on its local delivery procedures.

If a package cannot be delivered because the recipient is unavailable or the delivery cannot otherwise be completed, the parcel may be returned to the sender.

If a returned parcel needs to be shipped again, additional shipping charges may apply and may be the responsibility of the customer where the failed delivery was not caused by The Trendy Jacket.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address causes a delivery failure, delay, return, or reshipment, additional shipping costs may apply.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Custom-made or personalized products.
Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Products returned without prior authorization from The Trendy Jacket.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not already been shipped. If a cancellation request is received after 24 hours but before shipment, a 20% cancellation fee may apply. Approved cancellation refunds will be processed according to the applicable refund procedures.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to an error attributable to The Trendy Jacket, customers are responsible for the cost of returning an approved item.

We do not normally provide prepaid return shipping labels unless we specifically agree to do so.

Return Warehouse Location

The return address is not a single public address because the appropriate return location may depend on the customer's location and the order.

After approval, our support team will provide the applicable return warehouse address.

Customers must send the package only to the address provided by our support team.

Refund Process

If the returned item is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Exchange Price Difference

If the replacement product costs less than the original item, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method after the exchange is approved.

If the replacement product costs more, the customer must pay the remaining difference before the replacement item is shipped.

Exchange Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original product for an exchange.

Once the returned item has been received and approved, replacement shipping will be handled according to the applicable shipping conditions for the customer's destination.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

Clear photographs of the product.
Photographs of the packaging.
An unboxing video, if available.
